1. The design that I like is indicated as out-of-stock or sold. Would you guys be bringing in more of it in the future ?
It depends on the customers' demand on each design. However, there will constantly be new additions to our range so please check out our site often !

2. How long will it usually take to receive my order?
If the items that you have order are in available in our inventory, they will be shipped out the next working day. In general, the estimate delivery times are as follows :

PRICING / SHIPPING

1. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customers.
2. Please note that all prices of items are quoted in SG dollars. Customers may make payments through Paypal..
3. Only customers in Singapore may also make payments by POSB/DBS transfer. Please email at at enquiry@faeriesnpixies.com and inform what item intend to purchase, so as we can check if the stock available
for you, before transfering of payment.

4. Shipping charges are not included in the prices of the products / items featured. No handling fee.
5. Flat rate of shipping charges just SGD$2.50.
6. Option of registered mail package, would conclude an additional charge of SGD$2.20.

ORDERING INFORMATION / PROCESS

1. Every attempt has been made to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions and images of the items. Please take note that colors and appearances may vary due to different browsers and monitors used by the viewer. Additional information will be provided upon request, so please feel free to email us before ordering.
2. Please note that by placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the policies set forth on this page.
3.You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card through Paypal.
4. After submission of order, a computer-generated confirmation will be sent to customers via email.
5. All customers who made payments via Paypal, the order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after clearance of payment by Paypal.
7. For customers in Singapore who wish to make payments by bank transfer, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received after the 7th day, the items will be returned to the inventory for sale. Items will be processed and sent within 48 hours after transfer.

GENERAL

1. Items will be properly packaged with a dust bag.
2. Faeries & Pixies will not be responsible for items damaged/lost during or after the mailing process.

RETURN POLICY

1. We regret that all items purchased are one-of-a-kind, and therefore are not returnable or exchangeable. Every care will be made to ensure the safe delivery of our products.
